Job Description:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Male candidates only
• Age: Below 50 years
• Must have prior experience in the military/armed forces
• Physically fit and mentally alert
• Strong discipline and leadership qualities

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the boys' hostel
• Ensure discipline, safety, and security of all residents
• Monitor student behavior and enforce hostel rules and regulations
• Maintain attendance and movement records of students
• Handle emergencies and respond promptly to any incidents
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
• Coordinate with management, parents, and staff when required
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the hostel
• Organize routines and maintain a structured environment for students

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hostel management or similar residential roles
• Retired defense personnel (Army/Navy/Air Force) preferred
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response
